Having analyzed, acquired, renovated, and built-out our own real estate investments, we understand what it means to be the client.

Meet the Team

President

Patrick Hammond

Patrick is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (BS). He has over 11 years of Project Management experience and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). During and after his time in the Army serving as an Engineer, he has led engineering, design, and construction projects across the residential, commercial, and industrial markets. These projects include residential remodels, commercial tenant buildouts, commercial new construction, new construction of a 65,000sf Army operations facility, oil, gas, and renewable fuels projects, and countless others.

Vice President

Monique Molina Hammond

Monique is a graduate of Duke University (BS) and Baylor University School of Law. She is the owner of Hammond Law Firm, PLLC located in Tyler, TX with practice areas in Real Estate, Business, and Wills and Probate. Monique is fluent in Spanish and English allowing her to effectively communicate her knowledge and expertise in the language clients are most comfortable with. Although the law firm has multiple practice areas, most of Monique’s work is in real estate to include real estate transactions, litigation, and investor services. Project Coordinator

Eslendi Salazar

Eslendi is a soon to be graduate of Tyler Junior College. She oversees the daily operations of the office and assists with project coordination and communications. She also ensures the effectiveness of the company's processes and other administrative support functions. Eslendi is fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
